Summer Camp
WHAT:
A Summer Day Camp where kids can have fun learning Musical Theater skills while also learning how God has created them so Amazing and to give HIM the glory each day.
WHO:
For kids entering 3rd grade through 8th grade for the 2024/2025 school year
WHEN:
This summer we are offering two different sessions.
SESSION 1 (5 day camp)
June 23rd-27th
SESSION 2 (4 day camp)
June 30-July 3rd
Students should be dropped off each morning by 9 am or 10am (depending which week you pick) and picked up at 3pm. (If your student is enrolled with "Summer in the Son" program, we can work with you on transferring them to and from their care if extended hours are needed.)
On the last day of each session there will be a small performance at 3pm to end the week and show what the students have learned.
WHERE:
Kids should be dropped off and picked up at the Fellowship hall Door(which is the east side of the ECC church building facing Ash).
We will be using different rooms and outdoor areas all over the ECS & ECC campuses.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- A typical day will have multiple activities and classes in which students will learn different aspects of musical theater, play games, learn songs and choreography.
-Students will be put onto a team and have a camp counselor that stays with them at all times.
- Lots of friends and memories will be made!
FLYER:
NOTE: Space is limited to 36 students per session.
WHAT TO BRING:
-Kids should wear comfortable clothes and closed toed shoes for running and playing indoors and outside.
- Students should bring a snack and a lunch from home for every day as well as a refillable water bottle.
-We will have "snacks shack" snack options for purchase. If you would like to purchase a "Snack Shack" card for your student to get snacks throughout the week, these will be available for purchase.
